Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
• Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling
• Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We'll resolve it promptly at no additional cost to you.
